Thank you Sally, Abby, and Emma for inspiring me to get back to blogging! Sorry it's been a few days, we've been being lazy and having lots of fun family time. I was truly excited when I found out Jason had this past Monday off for President's Day (still can't remember we have a state employee instead of a private practice lawyer), but it got even better once we realized one extra day might turn into two or three days due to icy Tennessee roads. This weekend, we realized the girls' toes were smushed up in their not-so-old shoes so after a trip to see Buffalo Bill and Calamity Jane at the downtown library, we headed to Green Hills for some new Mary Janes. We stocked up on the typical snow storm goodies including milk and bread and settled in for a long winter's chill. I hope you and your family are safe and warm during these snowy days.
